SwiftAnt has worked on implementing a Transformational digital initiative in Kenya and application of Digital C.A.R.E Framework has kept all stakeholders engaged in governance of the digitalization process. This implementation which is leveraged by Association of Kenya Insurers & 37 Motor Insurance companies, 1000s of Brokers and Agents was governed by the Digital C-A-R-E Framework. Targeted business value was quantified in measurable ways with this framework, right at the beginning of the initiative and was used as a benchmark to measure the success of the project.
